From the date of application of the COVID pre-emergency measures for Osaka Prefecture,

the use of the Welcome to Osaka campaign has been temporarily suspended.

※Existing bookings will not be eligible for the campaign during the applicable period.

※However, if a certain period of time is set from the date of application as a transitional measure, the campaign will be applicable during that period.

※Please refrain from using existing reservations from the date of the request for priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease (21st of January) to the date of application.
