November 5th, at around 4:30 a.m., a fire broke out on the 1st-floor backyard of our hotel's main building and was extinguished approximately two hours later without spreading outside the fire area or injuring guests due to initial efforts by employees who helped put out the fire.

After the fire was extinguished, we conducted various equipment inspections with the local fire department and equipment management company and confirmed that there were no problems with the functionality of the equipment other than the area where the fire occurred and that we were cleared to continue to safely operate our business from today onwards.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to our hotel guests and neighbors.

We understand the concerns of those who have made reservations at our hotel, but as mentioned above, we have confirmed that the hotel is safe to continue to operate, so please be reassured.
